Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients leave a key, use a lockbox or give us a building code. Keys are coded and stored securely, never labelled with your address.
How is the price worked out?
Room-based services are a flat rate set by your number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen, one living area, one dining area and the laundry are always included. Add extras like an oven or windows and you see their price before you book. If you only want certain areas done, choose an hourly clean.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring eco-friendly, low-tox products, microfibre cloths and a commercial vacuum. If you prefer we use your products, just let us know in your booking notes.
Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?
Every cleaner holds a current national police check and is trained in the Cashew Method before their first clean. We carry public liability insurance for every job.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean those areas at no cost. For end of lease cleans, if your property manager flags anything within 72 hours, we return to fix it free of charge.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
For regular bookings, yes, wherever we can. Consistency is the point: your cleaner learns your home and your preferences.
How and when do I pay?
No card is needed to book. We email an invoice after each clean, payable by bank transfer or PayID within 7 days.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 48 hours before your clean. Later changes may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking, because your cleaner has kept that time for you.
Do you clean on weekends and public holidays?
We clean Monday to Saturday. Queensland public holidays are available on request with a 25% surcharge.
